This is our route plan. More information will be added over time. Please note that some dates, particularly towards the end, might still change by 1-2 days.

Thu Jun 28 (evening) until Sun Jul 01 (morning): Pamplona/Iruña

Sleeping place: Iruñako Alde Zaharreko Gaztetxea, address: Calle Navarreria 17, Iruña (arrive from 6pm, Thursday)

Activities:

  • Build rocket stoves
  • Find a way to pack the trailers
  • Decide how we want to organise ourselves, tasks etc.

Sleeping place: 10 years old collective project of coexistence, food and vital self-management, cultural agitation and learning of alternative ways of life.
Organized by assembly and anarchist management, in which all decisions are made horizontally and by consensus.

Tue 28 Aug (evening) until Fri 31 Aug (morning): Saumede

Sleeping place: A project that was an abandoned town, from 2012 it “was given” to a bunch people and they are rebuliding it. They had fundings from the council to build a social center and are into bio-construction. They are doing concerts, work-shops, local organic fruit and veggies market…

Sun 02 Sep (evening) until Thu 06 Sep (morning): Vigo

Sleeping place: C.S.O.A Quinta da Carminha, project in the city of Vigo, self managed squatted social centre.

Fri 07 Sep (evening) until Sun 09 Sep (morning): Caminha, Portugal

Sleeping place: recently started “small off the grid” project in countrysite, doing renovation and eco-construction and generating electricity with waterpower.

Mon 10 Sep (evening) until Thu 13 Sep (morning): Porto

Sleeping place:Gazua” is a space for community action that aims to generate platforms for self-organization, participation and autonomy with a view to social transformation.

Thu 13 Sep (evening) until Sun 16 Sep (morning): Espinho: Moinho

Sleeping place: “Moinho” a project with old renovated mill, eco-constructions and terrain

Mon 17 Sep (evening) until open end, around 24 Sep: Benfeita region

Benfeita, a region affected by eucalyptus monoculture and climate change. Last year october huge fires destroyed homes, projects and agricultural land. Here we will have some action days!

How to get there: Nearest train station is Mealhada. Regional train map, general info 

Activities:

  • support action to restore the land, by pulling young Eucalyptus shoots and help the preparation for reforestation
  • learn about the dangers of monoculture, climate change and bad water management
  • help out in construction of an educational (non-schooling) project
  • option to help out cleaning land and gardenin
