Grab your bikes and your instruments!
This year the route will start with not just one but two biketours! Ecotopia will join forces with SunRide System, a band of musicians and street artists. With their sound systems on cargobikes they’re touring and bringing along music everywhere they go. They do concerts in various different localities and communities, as well as paid gigs to fund their journey.
We’ll take it slow and have time to do music on the streets of villages and towns or on the beautiful landscapes on our way. We hope for a joyful time full of singing, playing, improvising, dancing and laughing. There will be more rest and stop days and average distances per day will be 30km. So if you never joined ecotopia or did a tour on a bike before, now is your time! As always we do take into account various capabilities and needs also later on the tour ;)
Bring your own art to perform with the band if you want, which can be painting, circus acts, or anything else. If you can, bring mics to amplify your acoustic instruments, otherwise, we can also figure it out together!
