ecotopia orga for 2024 has begun and we already have a time and place for the winter meeting!
✨DATE✨
the winter meeting will take place on the third weekend of december, the 15.-17.12.2023.
✨STRUCTURE✨
on friday we will arrive, structure and go through the feedback of this year’s tour. for saturday and sunday we still need to make a schedule/order of points to talk about. feel free to contribute: https://pad.rankenste.in/p/wintermeetingfor2024

we will meet near berlin in prieros, heidesee baruth/mark.

due to the limited capacities it’s very important that you let us know if you’re planning to come. please don’t just show up spontaneously.
you can write a text in one of the signal groups or write us an e-mail (info@ecotopiabiketour.net). to use the space well and in trying to create a reliable orga group we kindly ask everyone to only come if they want to be part of next year’s orga and know they have some capacity for it.
✨FUNDING✨
this year’s funding arrived super late, but now we have a big amount for next year’s tour and any refunds we still need to do.
if you’re still waiting for some refunding from ecotopia 2023 please contact us to remind us how much you need!
travel refunds to get to the winter meeting can be given, so let us know if you need one.
