Have a look for existing mailinglists here. You can join the general mailinglist used by active participants as well ancient or just interested people. Sometimes its quite lots of traffic, but not always. If you feel somehow taking part organising biketour, you are also invited to join the organisers list, which has quite some more traffic (especially short before biketour starts), but you will recieve all the hot news and quite often heavy discussions.
