Updates from Tabor
meeting in tabor is continuing!
so, greeting to everyone from tabor! we are staying in a wonderful place together with 60 other conference people and having a really great time here.
this morning we had a short presentation about the biketour to everyone and now we are continuing with meetings/workshops.
joao, csaba, ivan, roeland, barca, vita, milan is here and we are expecting jan, lenka, polish and slovakian organizers to come today/tommorow.
our agenda for now is:
timeframe/finalizing dates of biketour
discussing theme/action ideas/press work/design
grant related issues/budget plan
things we need to bike/equipment
website/internet situation
visas/invitations
anything we forgot? please send us emails with suggestions what other things we should still discuss.
some of us will go to prague and meeting is planned to continue there during the weekend. so we have quite some time to work together! let us know your opinion about the agenda and things you think should be discussed here.
